Chima Brazilian Steakhouse
Meat lovers, brace yourselves, and make sure you’re hungry. At Chima, servers dressed in traditional clothes from the south of Brazil will come to your table offering some 20 types of meat, including top sirloin, filet mignon, flank steak, barbecued pork ribs, chicken wrapped in bacon and Parmesan pork loin.
If you’re not into meat, you can indulge in the salad bar or traditional appetizers, such as cheese bread and fried polenta. And of course, the caipirinha, also known as the Brazilian mojito, should be your drink for the night.
